- **Created by:** Add `createdBy: { userId, author }` to types/transforms for searches, templates, and generated emails. Show in tables (Created By column), mobile cards (“by …”), and detail pages (clickable name + AuthorTooltip). In search history dropdown, show short author name (e.g. “Nick T.”) with full name in tooltip.
- **Reply To:** Require reply-to on send. Add Reply To field on generated email page (default current user email, validated) and in bulk-send modal; send `reply_to` in both flows.
- **Proposal variables:** Add Proposal group to email template editor (title, url, created_by_name, goal_amount, amount_raised, contributor_count, deadline, blurb) with purple styling. Order variable groups: User → Expert → RFP → Proposal.
- **Tables:** Rename “Created” to “Created Date” in outreach and templates tables.
